About us
Placeholder story: Ruth opened the shop in 1987 with her mother's cinnamon roll recipe and one deck oven. Her daughter runs it now, and the rolls haven't changed.
We bake everything from scratch every morning, buy our flour from a mill two counties over, and sell what's left at half price after 1 pm.

We bake gluten-free cookies and a flourless chocolate cake on Fridays. Our kitchen uses wheat flour, so we can't promise anything is free of cross-contact.
Some items contain nuts and share equipment with nut-free items. Tell us about allergies when you order a cake and we'll talk through it.
Yes. Call by 1 pm the day before for dozens of rolls, donuts or kolaches.
We deliver cakes and large orders in town for $5. Other orders are pickup only.
We bake bread and rolls for a few local restaurants. Call and ask for the owner.
